WEEK 4 – Activating, cleansing + Purifying Your Power Centres

The session will start with a conversation, where I will cover the below topics. This conversation is an important part of the programme as it starts to activate and reawaken codes of knowledge (Gnosis) that is already within you, and it sets up the last part of the session where I guide you into a deep meditation / hypnosis session.

Explore our energy centres, referred to as “Charkas” focussing on the 7 main ones that are connected to certain physical location in the body. You will come to understand the significance of these on your mental, physical, emotional and spiritual wellbeing.
Discuss the kundalini energy that sits at the base of your spine, that once activated starts your awakening process, starting to dissolve the false matrix programming & assisting in activating your Gnosis (inner knowledge) of remembering who you really are, a divine child of the cosmos. If you are reading these words you are already in the process of this, or are being guided by your soul right now to start the awakening and ascension process of your consciousness.
Guided into meditation to start acknowledging and reconnecting back to your charka centres. We start to activate, cleanse and purify these centres, bring them back into balance, creating space for us to step into our divine blue print of vibrant health and wellbeing.
